Flange Protectors

Flange Protectors are installed on Flange joints principally as
a method of containing a protective medium (e.g Grease) between
adjacent Flange faces.

The combined effect of the presence of a Flange protector and
protective medium, produces an effective barrier to the ingress of moisture, whuch would otherwise result in corrosion of stud bolts, gasket material and Flange faces.

The Flange protector is manufactured from a 0.8mm thick stainless steel with stainless steel worm drive fasteners. The inner face has 3mm thick neoprene sealing gasket which is attached to the band. Also attached to the band is a grease nipple and an air relief valve. These Flange procectors can be manufactured to fit any size Flange.
