Plastic Insulators
Plastic Insulators are manufactured from high density polyethylene and are suitable for a maximum working temperature of 180oF.
Between 20mm and 300mm they are made in two peices.
From 350mm the insulators are of a multi segment pattern, one segment being required for each 100mm of pipe diameter and one half segment for the excess 50mm, where this occurs. Up to 300mm lnsulators are available with skid heights of either 24 or 34mm.
From 350mm skid heights of 24mm, 34mm or 48mm can be provided.
All Insulators are supplied with the necessary fixing screws and nuts. Moulder Polyester Resin Fibreglass Insultors for pipe sizes up to and including 900mm can be supplied.
